Job Title: Arabic Coordinator/Teacher
Department/Subjects: Elementary, Middle and High School – Arabic Language
Start Date: September 2020
Position Type: Full Time
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Determine individual and class needs Establish objectives and plan learning experiences to effectively teach Arabic as a second language Implement activities using a variety of techniques that utilize instructional time to best meet the objectives of the Arabic course Establish and maintain standards of student behavior to achieve a functional learning environment Exhibit positive interpersonal skills with both children and adults Evaluate the educational program and/or student progress Maintain communication with parents/guardians, colleagues, and community groups Adhere to school system rules, administrative procedures, local board policy, and state and federal rules and regulations. Engage in personal professional growth and demonstrate professional ethics and leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language
Experience: Highly preferred Must be bilingual (English/Arabic)
