Special Incentive
Parents who make an advance tuition payment will receive a discount of $250 if the yearly total is paid full at the time of enrollment. A $100 discount is applicable if half of the years’ tuition is paid for at the time of enrollment.
Scholarship Programs
There are several scholarship options available and more information can be obtained in the school office.
The Alabama Choose Act Scholarship provides up to $7,000 per child in tuition assistance and the deadline is in April for the following school year. All students are eligible to apply.
The Scholarships for Kids progam covers tuition and fees with a small family contribution and the deadline is May for the following school year. Students entering K5 and students who are enrolling in IAA for the first time are eligible to apply.
IAA Institutional Based Scholarship provides $1,500 per child in tuition assistance. Students who are not recieving any other tuition assistance and meet certain qualifications are eligible for this scholarship.
Payment Arrangement
There are three tuition payment options: Annually (Due August 2025), Semi-annual (Due August 2025 & January 2026), Monthly (10 months arrangement starts August 2025 through May 2026). The appropriate payments are listed in the following table;
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. Payments must be received by the 5th of each month. A child will be dismissed from school if tuition is not received after 30 days of delinquency. Tuition is due in full for each month regardless of the number of days your child attended school. If your child does not attend class (for any reason), the payment will not be dropped and no compensation will be made for the hours missed.
Parents are required to sign a contract, which shows specific information on payment arrangements and requirements. Parents who have genuine financial difficulties are responsible to report to the office and request to make an alternative payment arrangement before the 30 day deadline of dismissal.
