Covid – 19

THE ISLAMIC ACADEMY OF ALABAMA’S RESPONSE TO COVID-19 HEALTH EMERGENCY

Asalaamu alaikum,

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, ‘(There is) no ‘Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah’s permission). nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion.”

The health of our students, staff, and all our stakeholders is a top priority for the Islamic Academy of Alabama.

Further decisions regarding safety measures will be updated in correspondence with the local state and education departments. All teachers are highly encouraged to get vaccinated from the virus. **JCDH will be administering free vaccinations until August 6th.

Meanwhile, we urge you to do the following:

May Allah keep us all safe and healthy, and may a positive outcome be a renewed appreciation for each other and the role each of us has in the Ummah.
